Solar Powered Concert on Earth Day

The musical duo "Dryad" will be presenting a free, solar powered concert in celebration of Earth Day on Friday, April 22nd at 3:00pm in the beautiful outdoor amphitheater at Mission Trails Regional Park.  "Dryad" is the partnership of Jon Sherman and Dr. Sabine Kurz-Sherman, who express through their bioregional songs and improvisations on self-made branch flutes a mutual love for the natural world, with respect and concern for the rights of nature and the right all creatures have to our shared natural heritage. Through the magic of two hearts woven together as one with the source of all life, they "pray" their flutes for peace, healing, spiritual awakening and for the creation of regenerative human culture harmonious with the natural communities of Earth.
